The grounds and facilities were beautiful and the rooms were modern and nice. The pools plus water park features were a big hit with the kids. The beach was nice too. We loved the Greek restaurant, Lemon and Spice! We also enjoyed seeing the wildlife that roams the grounds - coatis, peacocks, flamingos.

Our experience was incredible; the hotel is really big and has many fun activities for adults and kids to enjoy. The sargassum on the beach was really bad but it did not make our trip a bad one. The food was okay, maybe we were expecting something tastier.

The pools and common areas are great, there’s no queuing or waiting for anything. The food is very good, there are plenty of options at all times. There’s a nice shopping court / town centre which together with facilities like the gym and ample streets give you the feeling you are not trapped in a hotel but in a small seaside town.
